You might be looking for books, podcasts, videos and content to aide in your exploration of your identity. Here are my favourite recommendations.
Learning as an adult that you're Autistic or ADHD (or both!) can definitely bring with it a question of "Okay... now what?". There may be a lot of thoughts to think, and feelings to feel. It's also an exciting time where you can reframe and make sense of experiences in your life that come with a whole new level of meaning now.
